Pure Leaf Lard

We hand-render our pure leaf lard in small batches using fat from our pasture-raised Berkshire pigs. The result? A creamy, clean-tasting lard perfect for flaky pie crusts, tender biscuits, and heritage-style baking — like the biscuit in our photo, baked right here in our farm kitchen.

Our leaf lard is packaged frozen in wide-mouth glass pint jars. Store in the freezer and use within 6 months of thawing.
