Our raw milk comes from pasture-raised A2A2 Jersey cows and is bottled as true cream-top milk, with a thick layer of cream on top of every bottle. We keep quality front and center with meticulous cleanliness, rapid chilling, and a tight cold chain—plus voluntary weekly milk testing as an added layer of accountability. Shake the cream in for luxuriously creamy milk, or skim it off the top for coffee and cooking.
